As interview scoring methodologies vary from customer to customer, Pillar has built flexibility into the platform that accommodate those differences.

Below are the scoring options that will populate for the interviewer in the Pillar co-pilot during a video conference interview. Note that for consistency scoring is a global setting across all Interviewers.

Select 1 of the following options. Pillar will make the adjustment on the backend.
