Manage the Pillar / Zoom Platform Integration

Pillar comes alive when it's paired with Zoom. Here's how to get the two connected.

In order to use Pillar, you must link your Zoom account.
Note: You must be the administrator for a Zoom account.

  1. Go to and navigate to your organization

  2. If you have not already granted Zoom Authorization, you will be required to authorize Zoom

  3. Click the “Authorize Pillar on Zoom” button and follow the prompts

  4. Once you are redirected back to Pillar, you may start scheduling interviews!


  1. Login to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.

  2. Click Manage > Installed Apps or search for the Pillar Teams - Admin app.

  3. Click Pillar

  4. Click Uninstall


Zoom enables Pillar to schedule and analyze virtual interviews for anyone in your organization. The Zoom Admin Application allows Pillar to join any of your organization's interviews automatically and enables a cloud recording backup option.
