Once your company's Admin has completed the Pillar/ATS connection, you can take the following simple steps to confirm the connection is complete:
Test that a job created in the ATS synchronizes into Pillar
Test that a candidate created in the ATS synchronizes into Pillar
Test that interviewer assignment to a job in the ATS synchronizes into Pillar
Test that an interview scheduled in the ATS synchronizes into Pillar (confirming that the interviewer, video conferencing link, and/or interview guide is also correctly assigned)
Confirm that interview prep emails are sent correctly to the interviewers ahead of the interview (if you're utilizing these)
Test that starting an interview starts the recording
Test that after the interview is completed the recording is processed
Confirm any data configured to flow back into the ATS does indeed flow after the interview is processed
