Your Pillar account must have the "Owner" permission
Your SmartRecruiters account must have the "Admin" permission
How to Install
There are only two steps to install the SmartRecruiters integration:
Create API Credentials In SmartRecruiters
1) On the SmartRecruiters Home page, click on your Account avatar and select Settings.
2) On the Settings page, click on Apps & Integrations under the Administration section.
3) On the Apps & Integrations page, click on CREDENTIALS.
4) On the CREDENTIALS page, click on the NEW CREDENTIAL button.
5) Under the NEW CREDENTIALS section, select OAuth client ID then click on the NEXT button.
6) On the OAuth client ID page, fill in the required Fields and select Scope, then click on the GENERATE button at the bottom of the page.
Pillar requires these scopes:
candidates_read
candidates_create
candidate_status_read
interviews_read
interviews_write
interview_types_read
job_applications_read
jobs_read
users_read
7) Once generated, Copy your Client ID and Clients Secret by clicking Clipboard.
Copy the SmartRecruiters API Crededentials into Pillar
1) Log in to Pillar and click on your user avatar in the top right corner of the page, and click My Profile
2) Navigate to the Other ATS page on the left side of the page
Note - You must have "Owner"-level access in your Pillar Organization to access this page
3) Click "Install ATS Integration" button
4) Select SmartRecruiters
5) Paste in the Client Id and Client Secret into Pillar
Usage
Once the integration is installed, it's time to select the roles you wish to sync with Pillar. Pillar will automatically join interviews for synced roles and scheduled via the ATS according to your organization's settings. There are two settings in Pillar for capturing interviews:
Import All - Pillar will join every interview scheduled through the ATS
Choose Jobs Individually - Specify which jobs Pillar should join
By default, Pillar will use the Choose roles individually setting when the integration is installed.
Once the correct roles are selected, they will populate into Pillar with a toggle next to each.
Note: toggling a role "on" activates Pillar's engagement with that role. This may include recording/transcribing interviews, as well as the activation of automated emails to candidates and interviewers, depending on your organization engagement.

How to Uninstall the integration
Login to Pillar
Click your avatar in the top right of the page and click My Profile
Navigate to the Other ATS Integration page
Click "Uninstall ATS integration"
